YOE’S BURGER was born as a tribute to Yoelbin Gatica, father of the Gatica Hernandez gastronomic family, which a few years after his passing, made the decision to create this unique brand capable of bringing cultures together through its delicious fusion.

On November 15, 2024, Desiree Hernandez opened the doors of YOE’S BURGER to the public accompanied by her children, family, and friends. That night, her and Yoe’s dream came true, overwhelmed with joy the brand was born, with the purpose of fusing the flavor of two cultures, American and Venezuelan fast food.

Juan Pablo Gatica, son and heir of Yoe, is the amazing culinary artist responsible for creating our smash burger fusion! This young dreamer, just 17 years old, contributed his hands, his culinary experience, and his taste for unique flavors to create a mouthwatering blend of juiciness, texture, and flavor in every bite.
